Revizii aparate de anestezie cu monitor-Carestation/Avance CS2 Revizie anuala pentru: - Aparat de anestezie Carestation 620 - Monitor B450 - Modul de gaz E-sCAIOV-00 4 buc x 7,450.00 LEI fara TVA/aparat = 29,800.00 LEI fara TVA Revizie anuala pentru: - Aparat de anestezie Avance CS2 - Monitor B650 - Modul de gaz E-sCAIOV-00 3 buc x 7,450.00 LEI fara TVA/aparat = 22,350.00 LEI fara TVA Total: 52,150.00 LEI fara TVA - 7 aparate Reviziile se vor efectua pe un aparat functional. Daca in timpul reviziei se constata un defect se va remedia contra-cost si ulterior se va continua revizia. Kiturile anuale de revizie sunt incluse in oferta; Eventualele piese de schimb diagnosticate la revizie nu sunt incluse in oferta. Se vor oferta separate. Termen de plata: 60 de zile de la emiterea facturii; Termen de raspuns: 2-3 saptamani de la comanda ferma; Valabilitate oferta: 90 de zile. Acceptarea prezentei reprezinta comanda ferma pentru noi.
