Intocmirea unui raport de expertiza contabila extrajudiciara pentru stabilirea tarifelor orare minimale care pot fi percepute pentru serviciile de pază asigurate cu personal uman și pentru posturi cu program 8/24 (post de zi, luni-vineri), 12/24 (post de noapte, luni-duminica), 12/24 (post de zi, luni-vineri, fără S.L.) și 24/24 (permanent) fără cheltuieli indirecte și profit (doar cheltuiala salariala) plecand de la salariul minim brut garantat in plata la nivel national aplicabil cu 01.01.2022 cf. HG nr.1.071 din 4 octombrie 2021 pentru stabilirea salariului de baza minim brut pe tara garantat in plata (2.550 lei lunar, pentru un program normal de lucru de lucru in medie de 167,333 ore pe luna reprezentand 15,239 lei/ora).
