TESTE RAPIDE ANTIGEN Covid-19 este un test rapid imunocromatografic cu flux lateral care a adoptat sistemul dual color. Testul contine coloid de aur conjugat și o bandă membrană pre-acoperita cu anticorpi specifici antigenului SARS-CoV-2 pe liniile de testare (T). Dacă antigenul SARS-CoV-2 este prezent în specimen, pe liniile de testare (T) apare o bandă neagră vizibilă (T) sub formă de forme complexe conjugată cu anticorpi-anticorpi-anticorpi deaur. Linia de control (C) este utilizată pentru controlul procedural și trebuie să apară întotdeauna dacă testul este efectuat corect.
