Aceasta achizitie directa este efectuata conf. referatului nr. 2101/4.03.2022 aprobat . Achizitia directa tine loc de comanda trimisa prin fax. achizitia se poate realiza pe baza de document justificativ, respectiv fact. cf. art. 7 din legii 98/2016 si art.43 din h.g.395/2016. Dorim ca geanta sa fie potrivita pentru butelie de 5 l.
