DEMONTARE, DEZMEMBRARE ,CASARE si efectuare documenatie scotere din evidente pentru INSTALATIE RADOILOGICA TIP DUO DIAGNOST Se efectueaza urmatorele sevicii: • Demontare, dezmembrare, casare instalatie radiologica. • Efectuarea documentatiei de scoatere din evidenta CNCAN si DSP a instalatiei radiologice. • Plata serviciilor se va face in 60 zile de la facturare. Notă: Materialele feroase și neferoase rezultate în urma casării vor rămâne în posesia beneficiarului la locul dezmembrarii. Costul nu include transportul acestor materiale.
