COMPOZITIE A. Reactiv. Fosfat 70 mmol/l, fenol 5 mmol/l, glucozoxidaza >10U/ml, peroxidaza >1 U/ml, 4-aminoantipirina 0.4 mmol/l, pH 7.5 S. Glucoza/uree/creatinina standard. Glucoza 100 mg/dl,ureea 50 mg/dl, creatinina 2 mg/dl=177 µmol/l. Standard lichid primar DEPOZITARE Se va depozita la 2-8°C. Reactivii si standardul sunt stabile pana la data marcata pe eticheta daca recipientele sunt pastrate bine inchise si daca este prevenita contaminarea in timpul utilizarii lor. Indicii privind deteriorarea: • Reactivi: prezenta de particule, turbiditate, valoarea absorbantei blancului peste 0.150 la 500 nm(cuveta de 1 cm) • Standard: prezenta de particule, turbiditate. PREPARAREA REACTIVILOR Standardul (S) si reactivul (A) sunt furnizati este gata de folosire.
