Aceasta achizitie tine loc de comanda trimisa prin fax, conf. solicitarilor din referatul de necesitate aprobat 10453 din 19.10.2022. Achizitia se poate realiza pe baza de document justificativ, respectiv factura, cf. art. 7 din L98/2016 si art. 43 din HG 395/2016.; Produsele sa aiba termen de valabilitate de minim 14 luni. Daca medicamentele au termene de valabilitate (respectiv mai mici), sa ne anuntati si pe noi ca autoritate, pentru a putea discuta la farmacie noile conditii. Multumim!
