MEDIU II SOLID (SABOURAUD DEXTROSE AGAR) 1.Compozitie: Peptona peptica 10 g/l Glucoza 20 g/l Agar bacteriologic 15 g/l pH = 5,8 ?0,2 2.Prezentare : fl x 250 ml mediu gata de utilizare 3.Mod de utilizare: Mediul se repartizeaza aseptic in tuburi sau recipienti de diferite capacitati se verifica pH-ul si, daca este cazul, se ajusteaza la valoarea 5,8 ?0,2, folosind o solutie de NaOH 10%.
