La verificarea tehnica efectuata in data de 03.01.2023 la poarta glisanta suspendata, am constatat uzura exagerata a ansamblului reductor de la automatizarea portii. Aceasta se datoreaza exploatarii intensive a portii auto in ultima perioada de timp. Ansamblul uzat necesita inlocuire imediata deoarece nu mai prezinta siguranta in exploatare, existand riscul de accidente.
