COMPOZITIE A. Reactiv. Fosfat 100 mmol/l, detergent 1.5 g/l, diclorfenilfosfat 4 mmol/l, uricaza >0.12 U/ml, ascorbat oxidaza >5 U/ml, peroxidaza >1 U/ml, 4-aminoantipirina 0.5 mmol/l, pH 7.8 S. Standard acid uric. Acid uric 6 mg/dl (357 µmol/l. Standard lichid primar DEPOZITARE Se va depozita la 2-8°C. Reactivii si standardul sunt stabile pana la data marcata pe eticheta daca recipientele sunt pastrate bine închise si daca este prevenita contaminarea in timpul utilizarii lor. Indicii privind deteriorarea: • Reactivi: prezenta de particule, turbiditate, valoarea absorbantei blancului peste 0.200 la 520 nm(cuveta de 1 cm) • Standard: prezenta de particule, turbiditate. PREPARAREA REACTIVILOR Standardul (S) si reactivul (A) sunt furnizati gata de folosire.
