Aceasta achizitie tine loc de comanda trimisa prin fax, conf. solicitarilor din referatul de necesitate aprobat cu nr. 11769 din 24.11.2022. Achizitia se poate realiza pe baza de document justificativ, respectiv factura, cf. art. 7 din L98/2016 si art. 43 din HG 395/2016.; Produsele sa aiba termen de valabilitate de minim 24luni. Daca medicamentele au termene de valabilitate (respectiv mai mici), sa ne anuntati si pe noi ca autoritate, pentru a putea discuta la farmacie noile conditii. Multumim!
