Contract de service pe perioada 01.05.2023 – 31.12.2023 pentru echipamentele radiologice: -TeleDiagnost -PRS 500 si FCR Capsula XLII -FCR Capsula XLII(mamo) 
Se vor presta urmatoarele servicii: 
1. Service de intretinere periodica preventiva; 
2. Service de intretinere operativa, constand in interventii ale echipelor prestatorului in vederea diagnosticarii si inlocuirii componentelor defecte, la solicitarea expresa a beneficiarului. 
3. Piesele gasite defecte se platesc separate de catre beneficiar - 8 luni
