Paturi spital (psihiatrie) - CONTRACTE REZERVATE - TEMEI LEGAL: art. 56, alin (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016, astfel: (1)Autoritatea contractantă poate rezerva dreptul de participare la procedura de atribuire doar unităţilor protejate autorizate conform Legii nr. 448/2006 privind protecţia şi promovarea drepturilor persoanelor cu handicap, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi întreprinderilor sociale de inserţie prevăzute de Legea nr. 219/2015 privind economie socială.
