PROBA Ser sau plasma recoltate prin proceduri standard CARACTERISTICILE METODEI •Sensibilitate analitica: echivalenta cu aceea observata cand se utilizeaza „serul uman de referinta pentru teste nontreponemice”(cod BS1505) (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Atlanta, GA, USA. •Rezultate false: rezultatele obtinute cu acest reactiv au indicat mai putin de 0.5 ‰ probe false din probele de RPR pozitive si negative pentru testele treponemice, de unde rezulta o specificitate mai mare de 99.9% la persoanele sanatoase.
