TRUSA PENTRU DETERMINAREA FACTORULUI REUMATOID PRINCIPIUL METODEI: Testul RF latex este un test rapid de aglutinare pe lama pentru detectia calitativa si semicantitativa a factorului reumatoid in probele de ser uman. Reactivul continand particule latex acoperite cu IgG umana aglutineaza in prezenta factorului reumatoid din serul pacientului. CARACTERISTICI ALE PERFORMANTEI: Sensibilitate analitica: 8 (6 – 16) IU/ml Sensibilitate de diagnostic: 100 %; Specificitate de diagnostic: 100 %. Kitul contine: Continut 150 teste RF latex 6 ml Control pozitiv 0,5 ml Control negativ 0,5 ml Card de testare 15 buc. Amestecatoare 150 buc. Factura va fi insotita de acte de calitate/conformitate. Achizitia din SEAP tine loc de comanda ferma.
