Acest reper solicitat si necesar desf. activitatii medicale, se incadreaza dpdv al desfasurarii procesului de achizitie respectarea pragului valoric de achizitie directa, cf art. 19 din L98/2016, ca urmare a anularii lot 7- apa oxigenata-din cadrul procedurii de L.D.
