Contractul de service cuprinde urmatoarele servicii: - Efectuarea de reparatii nelimitat ca numar de interventii si fara plata suplimentara. - Doua intretineri preventive (revizie) a aparatelor, cf. tabel; - Suport telefonic; - Service la distanta prin SRS (Smart Remote Services), la echipamentul Somatom Scope Power - Emiterea unui buletin de verificare / an; - Update-uri (actualizari) software si hardware gratuite, conform specificatiilor producatorului. - Timp maxim de raspuns garantat: 2 ore telefonic / 48 ore la locatie Serviciile sunt oferite in timpul programului de lucru al Siemens Healthcare SRL (luni-vineri: 8:30-16.30, cu exceptia sarbatorilor legale). Plata se efectueaza in transe lunare egale. Prezenta propunere financiara este valabila 30 de zile.
