Acest test este creat in mod specific pentru a detecta pierderile sau castigurile cromozomiale complete (aneuploidie embrionara), precum si pierderile sau castigurile partiale, cu o limita de detectie de 10 Mb. Proba biologica folosita este reprezentata de ADN izolat din biopsia embrionilor obtinuti prin tehnici de reproducere asistata.
