La verificarea tehnica efectuata in data de 30.01.2024 la poarta glisanta suspendata, am constatat uzura exagerata a ansamblului reductor de la automatizarea portii. Aceasta se datoreaza exploatarii intensive a portii auto. Ansamblul uzat necesita inlocuire imediata deoarece nu mai prezinta siguranta in exploatare, existand riscul de accidente si utilizarea portii in regim manua
