Achizitiei din SEAP (DA) - Declaratie de conformitate alaturi de certificatul de conformitate, unde este cazul Factura va respecta intocmai denumirea si caracteristicile produsului conform achizitiei din SEAP (rog mentionare nr. DA pe e-factura) NU SE VOR LIVRA PRODUSELE FARA COMANDA SEMNATA DIN PARTEA CONDUCERII UNITATII SPITALICESTI.
