MENTENANTA CENTRALE TERMICE, constând în : servicii de supraveghere tehnica si verificare periodica a centralelor termice ale institutiei compuse din patru cazane pe combustibil gazos cu putere intre 50 – 150 KW, autorizarea ISCIR a acestora. Constatarea si remedierea tuturor deficientelor de orice natura care ar periclita buna functionare a centralelor termice, asigurarea garantiei remedierii defectiunilor. In cazul constatarii de defectiuni se va proceda la repararea defectiunilor si alocarea de garantie post lucrare 6 luni, in costul prezentului contract fiind inclusa manopera, iar piesele defecte inlocuite se vor factura separat.
