SERVICII DE COLECTARE, TRANSPORT, TRATARE SI ELIMINARE DESEURI MEDICALE : 11040 kg -spital : 560 kg dispensare Servicii de colectare, transport, eliminare deseuri medicale chimice : 800 kg SERVICII DE COLECTARE, TRANSPORT, TRATARE SI ELIMINARE FINALA A DESEURILOR REZULTATE DIN ACTIVITATI MEDICALE cod 180101(180103*), 180102(180103*), 180103*, 180104, 180109 (cu exceptia produselor stupefiante / psihotrope) si medicamente colectate de la populatie conform LEGII Nr. 269 din 10 octombrie 2023, 15.01.10* ( ambalaje contaminate de laborator ) : 4.50 LEI / KG FARA TVA Colectarea deseurilor medicale se va realiza pe baza graficului de colectare , acceptat de ambele parti contractante, saptamanal : luni, miercuri ,vineri, inclusiv sarbatori legale, din spatiul de depozitare, ambalate/colectate de beneficiar conform OMS nr. 1226/2012; Prezenta oferta include furnizarea ambalajelor, necesare colectarii deseurilor medicale direct proportional cu cantitatea generata intr-o luna , cu respectarea gradului de umplere a fiecărei categorie de ambalaj.
