Prin acceptarea prezentei oferte, reprezentatul legal al spitalului declara pe proprie raspundere ca toate bunurile care fac obiectul prezentei achizitii sunt destinate functionarii echip. medicale si accesoriilor acestora aflate in proprietatea Spitalului ce sunt la randul lor destinate in mod normal utilizării în domeniul îngrijirilor de sănătate, beneficiind de scutirea de taxă prevăzută la art. 294 alin. (5) lit. b) din Codul fiscal.
