Servicii catering PREPARARE, AMBALARE, TRANSPORT SI NORMA HRANA - cnf. solicitare prin referat de necesitate nr. 14482/ 31.07.2024 CABINET DIABET, NUTRITIE SI BOLI METABOLICE - Membrii COMISIA DE ALIMENTATIE SI CONTROL DIETETIC PRESTARI SERVICII CATERING (NORMA HRANA, PACIENTI SI PERSONAL MEDICAL) • NORMA HRANA 22 Lei / persoana + tva 9% • NORMA HRANA (include supliment) 33 Lei / persoana + tva 9% PRESTARI SERVICII (PREPARARE, AMBALARE, TRANSPORT) 15,5 Lei / persoana + TVA 19 % Valoare estimata contract: 215.500,00 RON (fara TVA) Serviciile “PRESTARI SERVICII CATERING (NORMA HRANA, PACIENTI SI PERSONAL MEDICAL) “si “PRESTARI SERVICII (PREPARARE, AMBALARE, TRANSPORT” vor fi facturate de doua ori pe luna ( 1 – 15 luna in curs si 16-30/31 luna in curs) in baza avizelor si proceselor verbale intocmite in momentul livrarii. Acordul Cadru anterior pentru serviciile de catering a expirat. Astfel, se impune o achizitie directa a acestor servicii pentru o luna de zile, pana la finalizarea procedurii, pentru a mentine functionarea normala si a evita discontinuitati in furnizarea hranei, garantand astfel starea de „normalitate” in cadrul spitalului.
