Test Rapid Antigen Streptococ A, 25 buc, Boson Acest dispozitiv medical este un test rapid in-vitro folosit pentru detectarea calitativa a antigenului Streptococ de Grup A,din probe recoltate din gat. (vezi mai jos info despre Streptococ A) Sensibilitate: 1 x 105 CFU/test Materiale incluse: - 25x Dispozitiv de testare (1) - 25x Swab-uri prelevare din gat (2) - 25x Eprubete cu picurator (4) - 1x Reactiv de extractie A (7.5 mL) (5) - 1x Reactiv de extractie B (7.5 mL) (6) - Suport Eprubete (3) - Instructiuni de folosire (RO) Materiale necesare care nu sunt incluse: - cronometru sau ceas Sumar instructiuni (inainte de testare, va rugam cititi cu atentie instructiunile complete din prospect): 1. Colectarea probelor: se colecteaza probe din gat prin metode clinice standard, folosind tamponul steril 2. Extractie: - se adauga 5 picaturi de reactiv de extractie A si 5 de reactiv de extractie B in tubul de extractie. - se introduce tamponul de proba in tub pentru 2 minute - se indeparteaza surprusul de pe tampon, apasand si rotind pe tubul de extractie, iar amestecul poate fi testat oricand timp de 60 min
