Achizitie cnf. solicitare prin ref. nr. 13733/ 19.07.2024 cabinet ORL, Ambulatoriu Oferta nr: 16309/ 29.08.2024 inregistrata la nivel de institutie Pachet reparatie echipament Atmos S61 prin inlocuire Cartus Filtru Apa – 90,00 LEI fara TVA, Sistem Securizare Endoscop – 3.500,00 LEI fara TVA si Acumulator Casca Examinare – 3.200,00 fara TVA (Piesele de schimb folosite sunt noi si original). Garantia pentru serviciile de reparatie va fi de minim 6 luni. Echipamentele vor fi testate si verificate in totalitate si vor fi predate in urma unui proces verbal de predare care atesta acest lucru.
