Artrită reumatoidă, artroză. Dismenoree fără cauză organică. Durere de intensitate uşoară până la moderată. Febră la adulţi şi adolescenţi. Copii cu vârsta între 6 şi 12 ani (cu greutatea > 20 kg): durere acută şi febră asociată răcelii comune. Indicaţiile pentru copii se aplică numai pentru medicamente care conţin ibuprofen 200 mg. Dozaj
