In cazul in care defectiunea prezinta o complexitate avansata, fiind necesar sa se inlocuiasca si alte piese, acestea vor face obiectul unei oferte ulterioare. Garantia acordata pieselor este de 12 douasprezece ) luni de la data instalarii. Piesele care, in timpul perioadei de garantie, le inlocuiesc pe cele defecte, beneficiaza de o noua perioada de garantie care curge de la data inlocuirii acestora , dar nu va depasi termenul garantiei acordat a initial pieselor respective . Valabilitatea ofertei este de 30 zile.
