SERVICII DE COLECTARE, TRANSPORT, TRATARE SI ELIMINARE FINALA A DESEURILOR REZULTATE DIN ACTIVITATI MEDICALE cod 180101, 180101(180103*), 180102(180103*), 180103*, 180104, 18.01.06*; 18.01.07, 180108*, 180109 (cu exceptia produselor stupefiante / psihotrope), 15.01.10* ( ambalaje contaminate de laborator ) : 3850 LEI / luna fara tva reprezentand abonament colectare, transport si eliminare deseuri medicale . Colectarea deseurilor medicale se va realiza pe baza graficului de colectare , acceptat de ambele parti contractante, inclusiv sarbatori legale, din spatiul de depozitare, ambalate/colectate de beneficiar conform OMS nr. 1226/2012, astfel: 1. Sos. Bucuresti, Nr. 82,Giurgiu – luni, miercuri, vineri 2. Substatia Mogosesti - str. Victoriei, nr. 76, Mogosesti - saptamanal 3. Substatia Ghimpati - Aleea Parcului, nr. 17, Ghimpati -saptamanal 4.
