Abonamentul lunar contine: Interventii in intervalul 08:00 - 18:00 de (luni pana vineri) Servicii incluse: Instalare si suport hardware & software Instalare si suport retea Mentenanta Consultanta achizitii echipamente Asistenta remote Update program antivirus – scanare virusi; Update sistem de operare; Scanare spyware / adware; Stergerea fisierelor temporare; Defragmentare hardisk-uri; Optimizare registri; Termen de raspuns: - max. 2 ore de la solicitarea telefonica sau prin email (in intervalul 08: 00 - 18:00) Timp de interventie: - 2-6 ore Timp de remediere: - 1-3 zile, in cazul in care trebuie comandate piese de schimb Pretul ofertat nu include piesele ce trebuie inlocuite, pentru acestea se vor emite devize de reparatie
