Fiecare cutie de Artesun 60 mg conţine 1 flacon cu 60 mg pulbere de artesunat pentru soluţie injectabilă, 1 fiolă cu 1 ml de bicarbonat de sodiu 50 mg / ml soluţie injectabilă şi 1 fiolă de 5 ml de clorură de sodiu 9 mg / ml soluţie injectabilă. Artesun este utilizat pentru prepararea unei soluţii pentru injectare intravenoasă sau intramusculară. Artesun este indicat pentru tratamentul malariei severe cauzate de Plasmodium falciparum, la adulţi şi copii.
