Serv.de colect, transp., eliminare deseuri med, COD 18.01.01,18.01.02,18.01.03 CNF OFERTA 2025, Pachetul de servicii include: a) consultanta, instruirea personalului; b) colectarea si trasnportul deseurilor medicale din spatiul de depozitare temporara conform OMS 1226/2012; c) procesarea si eliminarea finala a deseurilor medicale periculoase; d) formulare de transport (anexa 2) – conform legii. e) ambalaje de unica folosinta - corelate cu cantitatea de deseuri produsa. LOCATII BENEFICIAR: STR.CLINICILOR, NR.3-5 RESPECTIV STR.PASTEIR NR. 4-6; LUNAR, PERIOADA: MAI - DECEMBRIE 2025.
