Va transmitem ofeta noastra de pret pentru demontare si emitere proces verbal de casare la echipamentul Computer Tomograf Eclos 8 astfel: - 14.620,00 lei fara TVA. Servicii incluse in tariful de mai sus: - demontare componente sistem si elemente aparente: consola, masa pacient, gantry, geam plumbat, butoane de urgenta, lampi (X-RAY-ON), tablou electric; - decopertari canale pardoseala - colectarea tuturor cablurilor de interconectare a sistemului; - eliberare proces-vebal de casare tub radiogen - numai in prezenta unei comisii din partea beneficiarului; - echipamentul va fi transportat pana la centrul de colectare fier vechi indicat de beneficiar Termen de interventie: max. 15 zile lucratoare de la comanda ferma; Conditii de plata: 100% plata la 60 de zile de la data incheierii lucrarii. Va stam la dispozitie cu orice alte detalii suplimentare. ACHIZITIA TINE LOC DE COMANDA FERMA
