Aceasta achizitie directa este efectuata conform solicitarilor din referatul de necesitate aprobat spre initiere de catre ordonatorul de credite cu nr. 5984 din 14.05.2025, si oferta nr. 5988 din 14.05.2025, doc. atasate la achizitiei. Achizitia se poate realiza pe baza de document justificativ, respectiv factura, cf. art. 7, aln. 5 din Legea 98/2016; Servicii de interconectare pentru dispeceratul medical de urgenta: DISPEC-GEMMA; conf. specificatiilor aplicatiilor care vor fi interconectate;
