Anti-BRAF (mutated V600E) antibody [VE1] Anticorpul Anti-BRAF (mutat V600E), clona VE1, este un anticorp monoclonal recombinant de șoarece, utilizat pentru detectarea BRAF în IHC-P și Western blot. Potrivit pentru probe umane. Detectează specific proteina BRAF mutată, constitutiv activă, unde acidul glutamic este prezent la codonul 600 în locul valinei (V600E). Validat pe platforma automată de colorare IHC Leica BOND pentru IHC BRAF. Buffer de stocare: pH: 7,5; Conservant: 0,1% azidă de sodiu; Constituenți: Tris, 0,3% proteină purtătoare. Dilutie recomandata 1:100 si pretratament termic cu pH 6. Impachetare: 100 ul
