Prezenta tine loc de comanda ferma. Stripuri de testare Elisa bazate pe o reactie imunoenzimatica indirecta, pentru detectia cantitativa a auto anticorpilor clasa lgG anti- Jo-1 în serul uman sau plasma, si reactivi : solutie tampon spalare si solutie System fluid. Fiecare strip contine 8 godeuri si este prevazut cu cod de bare individual. Un strip test se foloseste pentru o singura determinare, fiind echipat cu un set complet de reactivi, enzima-conjugat, enzima-substrat (TMB), solutie tampon de diluare a probelor si un control specific anti- Jo-1. Stripul test are la baza tehnologia SMC® (Sensotronic Memorized Calibration).
