Prezenta tine loc de comanda. Dezinfectanti: KLINTENSIV ALCHOSAFE – Dezinfectant lichid pe bază de alcool, 1 litru x 200 buc; KLINTENSIV DEZICON® – Dezinfectant concentrat de nivel inalt, 5 litri x 100 buc;FIZZY-tablete clorigene dezinfectante 280 bucati/cutie x 120 buc ;ALCOOL SANITAR KLINTENSIV 500ml x 120 buc ; ALCHOSEPT™ – Dezinfectant pentru maini si tegumente, 500 ml x 120 buc conform descrierii . Plata se va face cu ordin de plata la 30 zile de la data receptiei produsului, in contul de trezorerie specificat de furnizor la emiterea facturii. Produsele se vor livra la magazia spitalului, in intervalul orar luni-vineri 08:00-14:00. Transportul este suportat de catre furnizor, fara costuri suplimentare pentru autoritatea contractanta. Produsul este insotit de certificate de conformitate, avize emise de ANMDMR, termen de valabilitate cel putin un an de la data livrarii.
