Aceasta achizitie s-a initiat in baza referatului nr. I-494/12.01.2026 intocmit de directorul de ingrijiri medicale si aprobat de conducerea spitalului. Bidoanele de apa sunt necesare pentru o perioada de 3 luni. Avem rugamintea sa livrati produsele dupa ce va transmitem pe email comanda semnata si vizata CFP. Atunci o sa va comunicam sectiile si adresele unde trebuie livrate.
