Wash quickly (3-4 seconds) in distilled water and put on the section 10 drops of reagent D, leave to act 4 minutes. Wash in distilled water and put on the section 10 drops of reagent E: leave to act 10 minutes. Without washing, drain the slide and put 10 drops of reagent F: leave to act 5 minutes. Wash in distilled water and dehydrate rapidly through ascending alcohols, stop for 1 minute at the last absolute ethanol. Clear in xylene and mount.
