Prestatorul se obligă să execute “Servicii de reparare şi intretinere a agregatelor frigorifice lunar ” - 356 lei/buc/ pentru 22 de agregate/frigidere mortuale/dulapuri frigorifice/camere frigorifice, lunar incepand cu 01.05.2026 contractului pana la 31.12.2026 cu posibilitate de prelungire pe 4 luni (01.01.2027-30.04.2027. Servicii de reparare a frigiderelor casnice la solicitare din partea beneficiarului 200 ore pentru firigidere casnice la solicitare la un pret de 50/lei/ora . Conform oferta nr.7677/08.04.2026. Serviciile vor fi prestate conform obligatiilor anexate la prezenta achizitie. 22 de agregate x 356 lei /luna =7832 lei /luna x8 /luna =62656 pana la 31.12.2026. In caz de prelungire 4 luni=31328 lei.
