Trusa TPHA 100 teste latex TPHA este un test de hemoaglutinare indirectă pentru detectarea calitativă și semicantitativă specifica de anticorpi Treponema pallidum (tulpina Nichols) în serul uman. Metoda este bazata pe reactia de hemaglutinare pasiva intre eritrocitele de pui stabilizate si sensibilizate cu un extract antigenic de Treponema pallidum (tulpina Nichols) si anticorpii antitreponemici prezenti in serul bolnavului.
