Buretei hemostatici cu rata mare de absorbtie, detectabili la raze X, realizati din bumbac netesut. Se folosesc in cazul sangerarilor masive (speciali pt neurochirurgie), avand o putere de absorbtie de 10 ori greutatea buretelului. Pretul este acelasi pentru orice marime. Un pachet (1 plic ) contine 10 buretei. O cutie contine 20 pachete.
