Bring section to distilled water. 
Put on the section 6 drops of reagent A and add 6 drops of reagent B: leave to act 10 minutes. 
Without washing, drain the slide and put on the section 10 drops of reagent C: leave to act 4 minutes. 
Wash quickly (3-4 seconds) in distilled water and put on the section 10 drops of reagent D, leave to act 4 minutes. 
Wash in distilled water and put on the section 10 drops of reagent E: leave to act 10 minutes. 
Without washing, drain the slide and put 10 drops of reagent F: leave to act 5 minutes. 
Wash in distilled water and dehydrate rapidly through ascending alcohols, stop for 1 minute at the last absolute ethanol. Clear in xylene and mount.

Citoplasmă, keratină, fibre musculare, granule acidofile....rosu
Colagen, mucus, granule bazofile ale hipofizei...verde
Granule de celule Delta hipofizei.....verde

Reactivi:
A) Hematoxilină ferică Weigert - Soluția A 18 ml
B) Hematoxilină ferică Weigert - Soluția B 18 ml
C) Soluție alcoolică de acid picric 30 ml
D) Fucsină acidă Ponceau conform Mallory 30 ml
E) Acid fosfomolibdenic 30 ml
F) Albastru de anilină Masson 30 ml
